I have something running on my PC named lore.exe.

what is it?

I read that already but it was from 2004 my pc is less than 3 years old.

google does not give many answers.

Nothing shows up in various adware/virus scans.

What concerns me is that it has Bytes Out at 293457 GB

destination is 0.116.10.101

Any clues?

Disable it and see if anything breaks. Right click it and choose properties to see who wrote it.

disable it, reboot, re-run spyware check, check all your programs work.

Looking at the location of the file tends to be more helpful than the filename. personally i would close it and make sure it doesnt rerun when the comp restarts. if its needed, it will soon show up or the program will restart it

I would disable it and delete any lore.exe stuff you find in the registry and any files that look like they might belong to lore.exe
