Loxley ROES - Can't send order?!?

Just using Loxley ROES for the first time. I have my customer number and i've formulated my order but when i go to upload via internet it keeps timing out.

I've checked the FAQs and it suggests checking the firewall. I've even switched it off but nothing appears to be working.

Anybody got any other suggestions?

call loxley - their coustomer support guys will web meeting your PC and sort the issues for you. When I had probs with ROES they were friendly and fast

sorted now. There was an issue with BT their end last night
