When you export from Lightroom you get to choose a single watermark to apply to all images during the export.
it's not always ideal to put it in the same place, so I've made two versions one for top left and one for top right.
However if I export in two batches, I lose my ability to maintain the order of the library - I move images around and do not display them chronologically.
Before I'd export with numbering added - but if you export in two batches this isn't possible. Besides it's also annoying if you just want to re-export a single file later on or remove an image from the sequence...
