Macro lighting advice please

Hi All

Looking for some advice as I want to venture into Macro photography using a Canon 1D Mk3 and a Sigma 150 f/2.8 for doing interior shots of orchids.

Some suggestions/advice on what I should be looking for in respect of lighting/flash would be appreciated.
