Macro Shots?

Hello All,
A fellow TP member and myself have decided to have a go at some of the fizzing water shots that we have drooled over in the Macro section (well done whoever took them, I forget your name) for a while now. We were thinking whether there is any other cool macro shots you can set up yourself that are effective?

Sliced fruit (orange, lemon) on a some clear plexi/glass with a light from behind?
Toys are always fun too.

Thanks for the reply Mark! I was thinking about slicing a pepper or something on perspex? Now you said about that I might have to try it... Thanks again!
