Well there is this 1Ds Mk II that can be had for a very nice price.

I would appreciate it if someone (well a bit closer than me) knowledgeable in cameras would have a look at it just so I know that the deal is legit.

Ah.

I'm about 1/2 hour away from Manchester, but to be honest, I have very little time at the mo. I know there are folks here who are nearer though, I'm sure someone will be along to help....

There are quite a few canon guys in the Republic of Mancunia including the likes of Marcel.

I myself am a darksider so i wouldn't have a clue with Canon kit.
