Is this a permanent fixture or only installed for christmas like the one in Edinburgh.?
 
It's pretty permanent, it's been there for a few years now. It's great this time of year with all the Xmas markets going too. This year they've got stalls set up around the wheel. I went on Sunday but didn't take the camera so think i'll go back again in a couple of weeks.

my daughter works on the wheel snapping visitors.. she said it might be moving up to picc gardens, will be a bigger wheel if it does.. not confirmed though..

great quality for a camera phone btw.. ;)
 
Stood in that same spot first time i got my dslr about a year ago haha
