Mark Cleghorn's Tutorials

Phototraining4u is superb! Highly recommended.

He was selling it just before the new year at £99 for a 12 month subscription. He regularly sells at £200 with a £100 Loxley Voucher - that worked well for me.... Look out for the dals or call and ask them if they are still doing the £99 deal.

I should ask what do you shoot and what do you think you need? I've seen most of the films to date. learned a lot!

Looked at your blog. No people images? Mark predominatly shoots people - weddings & Portraits.

THere is a landscape master there but that's just starting.

If you don't shoot people there's a lot less to like.

Yep for weddings and portraits it's great. Been a member for two years and between the online training stuff and the tours he does he is terrific value for money.

Highly recommended. :)

& Studio stuff in general Ali. And when I think about it the Lightroom 3 tutorials have helped me a bit too - I always learn something every time I watch a video. Liked the Photo Noir films :)

Thanks both, guess ill be signing up then :-)

I shoot mainly landscapes right now but the reason I want these vids is because I want to get into weddings and portraits. I've got a few books but this guy seems to be great at what he does so I think ill learn more from him.

Also, do you know if you can download his videos or get a dvd? I want to watch them at work but don't have internet.

Thanks again :-)

Mark's confetti and lace wedding video was available on disc, but if you are going to subscribe, I personally wouldn't buy the discs. And no, the tutorials are not made to download.

You can buy them for download I think

Yep, a lot can be downloaded. I have some on my ipod :)

I liked the critique nights. Not had a chance to do one for ages though as I've been busy but I will be renewing.

Also worth looking at the Scott Kelby Training. $199 and you get an awful lot for that although I think Mark's just feels a little more personal.
