I had a great day thanks guys. Great to see so many people. Shame we all got split up. Next time we should arrange to meet up for a coffee during the meet!

When I saw the title of the first shot I thought you'd managed to capture me and the wife(y) I'm surprised you had time to get any good shots to be honest........you seemed to spend most of the day setting them up for Alby:LOL: I can see a new forum tag in the offing,,,,,, Dave "panda botherer" Stone:LOL:
 
I agree it was a good day and the weather held off, don’t know where you all went we all seemed to go in different directions.
Had to leave a bit early had a few things to do, and after seeing all those white lenses I’m glad to get mine in early all taken with 70-300 is black lens

I had a great day as well. I found it quite challenging what with fences, glass (dirty and reflections), not having a flash etc..............but I shot loads of stuff and quite liked a few of them. Here goes:

I missed the joke on this one at the last Marwell meet, but I believe these two chaps have found the missing "fence filter"

Some lovely shots being shown here, can anyone tell me why the penguins have the cable ties on them I they just spoil the shoots.
Nice snow leopard Dave I waited ages and didn’t get any good ones, love that shot crusher not the ones of the 2 showing off the white gear.
Great 2nd one Alby just a pity about that post

Thanks Alby(y) Both my wife and I had a fantastic day....thanks for organizing it so well;) This thread just goes to show that a bunch of loons laughing their way round a zoo can still produce some superb images......wether by accident or design:LOL:

Nice shots Andy - the last one looks just like my Avatar! Wait, come to think of it my avatar was shot at Marwell - that must be the plastic one then! :LOL:
