Medium Format Help.

A Mamiya 6 or 7 is probably the only camera that would tempt me back into medium format. Remember those RBs and Blads were studio cameras and when they weren't they were taken out the back of a car by an assistant.
Unless you're utterly commited to rollfilm it's too easy to look at the camera and say nah, not today. For tripod stuff I'd go the whole hog and get a 5 x 4". Just another opinion like.

I can sort you one of tnose out if you go the blad route - together with a screen for which the meter is optimised.

...and many were, but my mint RB67 with lenses goes in my backpack now for outdoor use and doesn't weigh much carried like this, and as they don't sell for much if they get a few scratches I'm not going to worry.

Before you part with your precious pounds, handle and if possible shoot with a Contax, a Hassy, etc -- so much depends on how they feel to you in your hands.
