mobile phone cameras - RAW format

Had a quick google but couldn't find anything...

Is there or are there any plans for a mobile to shoot RAW?

Reason I ask is sometimes only have a mobile with me and prefer to edit a RAW than a Jpeg.

645 pro for the iPhone is the closest thing for this. It saves images in d-raw which is a tiff without processing. Not sure whether others do.

Found another but reviews say its rubbish and doesn't work at all.

I wouldn't hold your breath for now. These tiny sensors can't even record full 8bit image, so there is not much point in raw
