Yup I agree. The orange lights an easy one to clone out but the building is very distracting, I thought it was a hat at first glance as the line comes directly off her head, the blue and white horizontal line through her head would probably be more distracting if the sloping building line were removed though.

Not a fan of b/g but really sharp pic and great eyes!

Like the details in the clothing and the good eyes too. However the background especially the building behind her head lets this done. Would suggest you clone the triangular building and the orange dot out.
