Okay so why are models looking to build their portfolio so bloody awkward? Don't get me wrong i have got some really good models lined up for some shoots who have been so amazing, and helpful so far. But some agree to do a shoot on a day i message them, get it all sorted then they stop messaging. So I'd then leave it until a week before the shoot, message them just as a reminder and to give them my number incase of any complications. No answer, I have to find ANOTHER model. Ugh gits. Hmm spose i can't complain it is on a TFP basis.
It's really, really, frustrating, anyone else had problems with models from model websites?

Is it "professional" models you are using? I have been mucked around by some that have found me through myspace or model mayhem, its really irritating, especially when they come in with a hangover or need to check their texts every five minutes. I've pretty much stopped doing those now. Used The Model Team in Glasgow and they are brilliant, models are enthusiastic and punctual.
