Motor trader warning: Prestige Motor House

I've had the misfortune to buy a car from Tahir Hussein trading as Heathrow High Performance, Boss Performance UK Ltd and Prestige Motor House. The car developed many faults within the first six months. The trader refused to repair or refund my repair costs. I took him to court and won a CCJ which I'm now attempting to enforce.

He advertise's some cars with warranties which don't exist.
If a car develops a fault within the first six months, Tahir doesn't believe the sale of good act applies to him and will not help you.

Buyer beware. I highly recommend you avoid this rogue trader and buy elsewhere.

Of course he has a right to be. I'm sure we've all been ripped of at some point and all been pee'd off about it.
But if you're warning everyone off said trader, why not then supply at least details of where they're based etc. to more thoroughly warn those who might be likely to encounter him?
 
Good luck getting the money back chris. Sounds like right scum and glad he's getting some come uppance.
 
BTW Chris, I do hope they enfore the CCJ, and you have your money returned. (y)
