IMHO, 7D or 1D are the minimum bodies for OP considering 5DII doesn't get the job done.

I agree 60D not the way forward, but I think the OP could easily achieve what he needs with his current bodies and buy 2 new lenses. The 5D ideal for landscapes / portrait and he just needs to get away from bloo@y fps and work with changing his shooting style for wildlife and aviation photograph with a decent long zoom.
