MP4 to Flash with Controls

Hi,

Basically I need to embed a video as a Flash file or SWF. I can convert an MP4 to this no problem. However I would like my flash file to have the controls such as Play/Pause Volume controls.

Does anybody no of a convertor or easy way I can do this. Really I would like away of doing this to multiple videos so really I want an automated process as much as possible.

Embed where? If on a website, can you not use JWplayer and your mp4 file?
 
It is to embed on a Schools VLE which uses Frog. You cant hard code stuff into this very easily. It has a widget type thing that allows the addition of Flash to a page ,but it seems to be funny on what you are using and it doesn't have the controls for play/pause and full screen. Which makes no sense really. Thats why I need to get them into the flash file first. I am sorry I am going to show my ignorance what exactly is JWPlayer? Thanks in advance.
