i found a 430ex on eBay yesterday, £150 B.I.N... bargain.

but wait, they're offering a "Best Offer"... so i whack in an offer of £135.
30 minutes later it's accepted - get in !

it turned up today - yay ! opened the box to find something different staring at me. not the 430ex i bought. i went back to eBay to check, and yes, it was definately a 430ex i bid on and won.

back to the box i go... nope, definately not a 430ex, but a BRAND NEW 430ex II.

that's brightened up my whole week :D i just had to tell someone, so i thought i'd tell loads of people on here !

You won on ebay  ..

my best and i still have to pinch myself was a Canon EF 85mm f1.2L II USM Lens for £900

He was probably selling off his 430ex mk 1 after buying a mk2. He went off to work asking his other half to post it and the wrong ones been sent. There is probably some domestic murder going one as we speak.

You might want to try sniping next time, you can usually win most auctions
& end up paying even less ;)

it was from an ebay shop - seems to have a lot of dell equipment there, chargers and such. probably wasn't sure what it was.

that or it's nicked :P came with a warranty card ***.
