Well, what a day its been. A couple of weeks ago I met an old workmate who now sells art on line and is a go-between for artists and galleries. I asked him if he dealt with photographic art and he said no but he saw no reason why he couldn't and that if I sent him some images to look at he would let me know if hey might be sellable. Anyway it turns out he liked them so I took 3 for framing and met him today to pick them up.
They look brilliant in proper frames and he has taken them and my book of my favourite images to troll round the galleries and interior design outlets with a view to flogging them.
Long story slightly shorter, if he doesn't get any interest then I have 3 nicely framed pictures to give as presents at christmas. :thumbs:

Great images Andy, you shouldn't have any problems with interest in those :thumbs:
 
Very nice images... Like said, you should have no trouble with selling them! :)
 
two and three are very nice.

I like the subtle colours in number 1 but you have not nailed the exposure in the first one, sky has posibilities but they are not realised (both in sky and reflections of ky in the still lake). I do like the minimalist look of No.1 but it needs work.

Neil, the sky is more developed in the printed version but not much more as I wanted a very pastel and serene feel to it. Cheers for the comments though.

Good work Andy. I think they all have selling possibilities but I think no.2 will sell especially well, I think this sort of picture is what most people would like in their homes.

Thanks Vicky its very kind of you to say so, the second one is my favourite as it took me ages to get the image out of it that I new was in there.
