@McPikie without seeing the full res image its hard to say, but it does look like there is a little bit of trailing......
If applying the 500 rule and shooting straight at Polaris, then it would need to be under 50 secs to avoid star trails.
Well worth the effort @IanClark Its great when you get a break in the clouds and the skies are dark enough!
@McPikie There are some trails there however they're only noticeable if you have a good old squint at it . Shooting at 10mm kinda helps reduce the visibility of them a touch.
