Just a simple candid street style Snapograph taken at London UK of a very common site these days of a couple of young ladies totally engrossed with their cell phones probably texting each other.

How do you obtain permission for shots like this? It's something I fancy trying but didn't think strangers would take too kindly to it.

How do you obtain permission for shots like this? It's something I fancy trying but didn't think strangers would take too kindly to it.

If the folk are people such as street musicians or artists etc, etc, then I always try to atract their attention to the fact that I would like to photograph them and I “ALWAYS” put some grattitude in their box/hat etc if they have one, if they decline my request to photograph them then I respect their wishes. General public in public places etc I just photograph as I wish, but once again if they decline in any way then I once again respect their wishes, I’ve never yet had any problems. I steer clear of photographing children.
