Not sure if this is the right section but if anyone has time would you look over my site and give me your opinions.

Its still a kind of work in progress as I see stuff I want to change but I thought a fresh set of eyes might see stuff I have missed.

No comments on prices as I have already had that (to cheap) pointed out to me and I will sort that soon :bonk:

I think the slide show for the weddings is a little slow / too long for each image on screen imo.

There's one image that appears twice.

I'd consider cloning features out on a few of the pictures, there's one with a bride on her own and someone behind her out of focus that could be cloned out very easily to improve the image - this attention to detail could make or break a booking

A few of the black and white images could do with some more contrast, particularly the one with the guys on the steps.

It definitely needs a proof read for grammar (as, I am sure, does ours). The problem when you do it all youself, is your brain seems to filter out the errors as you look at it.
I'm happy to give it a thorough read for you, if you like?

Yeah if you don't mind that would be great, I know my spelling and grammar are fairly shocking :bonk:
 
On your front page description i would change this bit

" based in County Durham but I am willing to travel to other areas including Newcastle, Sunderland, Northumberland and Cumbria and other areas upon request"

or at least reword to remove the use of "areas" twice, maybe to "willing to travel to other areas of the North East" or something along those lines to keep it shorter and to the point.

mind you my spelling and grammer are pretty shocking !!

I've been spending a lot of time recently looking at photographers web sites ~ I'm planning a new one myself and looking for a change of emphasis/style. Aside from the spelling and grammar typos I really like your site ... at least most of it.

I really like the simplicity of the page layouts and the site generally. The photos take a little longer to load up than I'd want for myself, but that may be because I'm on a slow wifi connection at the moment.

Anyway, nice job :clap:

Thank you, when you say the photos take a long time to load do you mean the slideshow or the actual single photos ?
 
When you click on the 'Weddings' menu item the font of all of the menu changes.
The header layout is also moved when 'vouchers' is selected.

It was the slideshow ... but I've just looked again and it's okay. Must have been a poor Internet connection on my laptop before.
