Hi guys

I really need to get some help from the customer service folks at mypublisher.com about a book I have ordered, but even though they say average time 12 hours for a response I'm now in day 3, having sent 3 emails.

There is a Mypublisher community, but it is no longer taking registrations, instead it says email to be registed, which I have done, but no response.

Does anyone have a username for this community forum on http://community.mypublisher.com/jiveforums/index.jspa?categoryID=1
that could post a message on their for me. All I want to know is did they get my order, as I have had no confirmation email and need the book for next week. The first book I ordered arrived safely and is brilliant but this second one uploaded gave me an order number but no email confirm, and no way of checking my order status. (Their site says to reorder if no email turns up but I cant afford to pay again if the first order has worked).

Hope someone can help.

Update

Ive managed to get onto the forum now, they have unfroze registration.

Still haven't got any response from Customer Services emails.

Its a real shame as the books from mypublisher are really good, the support seems really poor

My books came today - I'll do a review in the next few days, but the quality of the books are excellent its a real shame that the customer services were going through a bad patch. I hope they really improve as this is a really good product.
