Well done,
I thought that one might have atleast lasted a few days!!

Just lucky I heard it in the car last week :)

next one:

I was standing on a wave, then I made the drop
I was lying in a cave in the solid rock
I was feeling pretty brave 'til the lights went off

Needlework the way, never you betray
Life of death becoming clearer

lost me on that one I think, sounds like a thrash/heavy metal lyric though.

cheers, ok then,here you go:

into the sun the south and north,
atlast the birds have flown,

clearly too easy!!

Hehe a zep fan ;-)
Try this:

'And if you should be the last seed in spring to venture forth a leaf'

As we've stalled and this is in my head taking me back to my youth:

It was the dark of the moon on the 6th of June
In a kenworth pulling logs
Cab over Pete with a reefer on
and a Jimmy hauling hogs
We's heading for bear on I-one-oh 'bout a mile out of shakey town
I said Pigpen this here's the Rubber Duck and I'm about to put the hammer down

Awesome.

Convoy - by Bill Fries (although using a pseudonym which i can't actually recall) epic song, flipping terrible film

okay my turn

Men walkin' 'long the railroad tracks
Goin' someplace there's no goin' back
Highway patrol choppers comin' up over the ridge
Hot soup on a campfire under the bridge
