I was thinking, nature is not very interesting at the moment is it? ....

I can't think of anywhere to visit to create some great photos.

Where do all you guys head to for inspiration during these horrid great months?

At least over Xmas there were nice lights and colours all over the place and some snow !
 
As a member of the WWT, the RSPB and the Sussex Wildlife Trust I have a number of places nearby to visit.

I know at this time of year, the RSPB site at Pulborough does not have so many human visitors, so getting scenic shots of the reserve is easier and there is always the chance of the unexpected.

There's a lot of new growth starting to push through now so there's options for some macro work. There's still some fungi about. There's the chance of some moody landscapes shrouded in mist.

If all else fails it's time to sort though the last years pictures and see if you've missed any crackers.
