Need a editers help..

Hey I have two family wedding photos, one where my step dad is looking at the camera and one where he isnt.. The problem I have is that everyone likes the one where he's not looking.. Could someone quickly edit his head where he's looking into the shot where he's not for me, the pictures are almost identical so I know it should be possible.. I will have to email the originals though because flickr seems to resize them a lot
