New camera and feeling sad...

Hi all :wave:

About 3 weeks ago I got a new EOS 50D and realised my lovely, faithful and reliable EOS 30D :love: has hardly been out of my camera bag since, except to pinch her battery to test the new camera and now it's sat there next to it's new big brother and I feel so guilty for ignoring her for so long :D

Anyone else get guilt trips like this? or am I :cuckoo: Feeling even worse now as I'm planning serious surgery on her internal bits in the next few weeks :naughty:

Thanks for the advice, I'll take the 30D out at the weekend, to make her and me feel better :lol:

I've a 20D thats in "storage" at the moment. Nestling in the bottom of the wardrobe.
Had a similar guilt to start with. However it passed

Occasionally I let the 8 year old take it out for a days 'togging

When i upgraded my 350d to a 40d, i couldnt get rid of the 350d fast enough!
I guess no real sentiment from me. I love my cameras, but once they are replaced then i focus all my affection on the new one :D

Anyone remember the old carphone warehouse add with the neglected old mobile phone, must be what my camera feels like, although it does have a nice new home :)

I have put my D200 in a cage, in the coldest cupboard in the house, you can see it thhrough a small 6 x 6 window. I have a big royal fluffy cushion for the D3 and its family of lenses, and it gets to sit looking down on the lowly D200 all day long.


Mwuuuuuhahahahahahahahahaha! Eeeeeeeeeeevil!

Most definitely :lol: well actually full spectrum :D perhaps I'll **** up the camera and end up with zero spectrum, oh well.....:bonk:
