yeah already got them from someone on another site, cant watch the vids as i dont have any sound but the settings one was very useful. interesting that he recommends slow tracking for birds etc ***......... anyone got any thoughts on that?

I'm finding it is excellent when set to fast for birds in flight. I've been shooting single birds with nothing getting in the way, such as trees etc. I'll try it on slow and see.
