Newb question about flashguns

What should I be looking for with regards to buying a flashgun? I'm on a tight budget and was therefore looking at Yongnuo YN-468 E-TTL, at £60ish

Is this ok as a budget flashgun for a beginner? My line of thought is that I can buy cheap now until I learn how to use it properly, then use it for extra lighting when I expand my kit.

Thing is a lot of the description means little to me, TTL etc.

Lots of people use these, i have one paired with a my nissin di866 (£200+) , they are not as powerful of built as well but for the money they are a bargin .
