Night time/Low Light photographers

[goldenstar]

Hi,

I've a project to do for college and we have to research 3 famous photographers.

I was thinking of doing ones that concentrate more on night/low light shots. But I'm struggling to find any (not the best at using google!)

Can anyone help me out, looking for people that have maybe brought out a book or two as well.

Try Googling Jill Waterman or Rob Sheppard, both are experienced low light/night photographer

Troy Paiva
Bill Brandt (london at night series)

Brassai did a load of Paris at night in the 1930's. Taschen do a book of his stuff, it's less than a tenner I think.

I 2nd the Bill Brandt suggestion.

Yep Brassai and Brandt are the way to go.
