Nikon 16-85mm Best place to buy

Hi all,
This morning I was offered a Nikon 17-55 f2.8 for £700 but a lot of you told me that it was still very expensive for 2nd hand ones so I am now looking for a 16-85mm. Does anyone know where I can get it for a good price, the places I've seen sell them for £449. also if you have seen any 2nd hand ones.
unfortunatly I can not use the for sale section in this forum as I am a new memeber.

The price of this lens has never really gone down much, you best bet would probably be to check Ebay, and pick up a used one, at a guess you'd probably be able to pick one up for the £350 mark.

I checked on ebay if the price is decent then you have to pay 25 some of them 40 pound P+P **** is crazy.
I'll keep an open though.
