Beginner Nikon 35mm f1.8 + D7200 Mod

Hi

Finally my eyepiece mod and 35mm arrived. Always preferred the round eyepiece, bit of a PITA to sort for a non-pro camera.

Now the 35mm. Just some test shots and of course the standard lens cap shot The origami crane and letter were sent with the eyepiece adaptor from Japan. Very cool I thought .

Looks like a neat idea, how dod you find it working? to your expectations I hope?

I really like it, feels more comfortable against the eye. Tempted to try out the 17M magnifying eyepiece also to see what difference it makes to the viewfinder.

I wouldn't bother with the magnifying eyepiece, tried it but preferred the norm', I too have a round eyepiece fitted.
There must be a lot of those mags' lying about unused, I gave mine away.
Try asking in the wanted section.

That looks like a great way of doing it. I've seen the previous way but it's always like too many pieces. Can I ask where you got the NEPS1 part from?

Hi, got it from eBay, NEPS1 is pretty hard to find but the only way to do it as plug and play. Not cheap though!!
