Is this inclusive of 7th Jan?
 
As it clearly states in the terms and conditions the closing date is the 8th then it does include the 7th.
 
I shouldn't worry too much, I bought my D40 3 days before the previous cashback scheme started but still got my cashback :) Nikon seem very relaxed about it all and in my opinion showed pretty good customer service :)
