We're as bad as each other we are!!!!
Always thought a lens of this focal length would be too expensive for me.
Would be amazing to have a 500mm lens :eek:

Well if I could I would keep the 50mm, as it's such a beauty of a lens.
But really don't use it much, so it may as well go to somebody who will!!
 
i might be tempted myself..... could be a good lens for motorsport and wildlife :)

I have tried to find out for definate the number of shutter actuations on my Sony A100 but have not had much success. The only indication I can put forward is that the last Pic taken with the Camera was numbered 03821 and I do not think it has not been reset. Hope this is ok and you are still ready to purchase.

The a200 is one sexy camera, I will be purchasing it tomorrow in fact :)

In my opinion, for the price you can get them (I'm paying £299 w/ kit lens) it is so much better value for money than anything nikon or canon do.

just my opinion :D
