Nikon d90 3 exposure help

iv bin reading the manual to find out how to do the 3 exposures but struggling to get the camera to do it

can any one explain in easy steps how to set your own bracketing to take 3 exposure shots

It's very easy. Hold the bracket button down on the left side of the lens. Then use the two dials that you operate with thumb and forefinger to set whether you want:

3 exposures - normal, plus and minus
2 exposures - normal, plus
2 exposures - normal, minus

and by how many stops you want to vary the exposure. Happy to go into more detail I'd that doesn't make total sence.
