Nikon full frame. Well not quite, I had a Nikon FM many years ago and had to sell it when we started a family and were short of money. I really missed it, and despite having a few 35mm SLRs since, I have always wanted to get my hands on another FM. So when I saw this on ebay I thought "why not" and for the grand total of £30.99 (£30 for the body and £0.99 for the lens) I got this setup.
Nikon FM body and Tokina 70-210 F/4.5. I will be on the lookout for some manual prime lens soon. I have just loaded some film and will be off out in the morning to see how she performs. :)

Welcome to the FM owners club

I bought mine (silver one) a while ago when someone at work said he couldn't sell it. Gave him £20 for it inc a nifty fifty, flash, lowepro case and spare batteries.

It gets more use than the F80 it was supposed to be a backup for!

That's a steal for £30.
I had an FM2 when I was into film - super camera. Some of the older Nikon lenses are also toppers.

Thanks for the memories, the FM was my first 'proper' camera and I think I bought it around 1978/79, I also had the motor drive for it (MD-11?) and it was soon joined by an FE. Great, sturdy bits of kit but the FM will always be special.
