I see many listings in the classified that refer to VRII. In particular those for the 18-200 mm lens that has two versions (that I will call v1 and v2) and I'm never sure whether the listing is for a v1 or v2 lens. Nikon don't help by referring to the v2 lens as the "AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II"; see here. So it's not the fault of the people posting the listings ... it's down to Nikon and their confusing naming conventions (I could go on ... ).
However, if you look at this link you can see that even the v1 lens has "Enhanced Vibration Reduction (VRII)"!
