hi,
Im quite happy with the manual/non electric extension tubes i have for my camera, but im just wondering about controlling the F-stop - even though you cannot with the manual tubes.
Can I, for example, before putting on the extension tubes, set the F stop to largest i.e. 1.8 on my mk2 50mm, then switch of camera, disconnect lens, put on extension tubes, put the lens back on and the F-Stop remains at f1.8 ?
Basically wondering if changing the F-stop before putting on the extension tubes will keep the original F-stop setup or will it "default" to some other value, in which case, buying an electronic extension tube would be the way to go ?
(hope that makes sense....)
