You don't have a logo, just a small heading of 'Outstanding Teaching Services'
There are no references or quotes from schools or teachers you have worked with.
Apart from the photos the whole site is in black and white. The photos also aren't the most inspiring, the website is about improving teaching, so get photos of teachers with kids working in a group, working outside on the field etc. Avoid the cliche of a teacher in front of the whiteboard and all the kids with their hands up.
Your resources aren't resources. A resource is something you will use, not just an idea. Resources are generally something you can download to use in your classroom. With your resources & strategies, it might help to add some fields for each resource so users can search for strategies or filter resources for their keystage or subject.
btw APP is being dropped (the Conservatives are leaving it in place, but not doing anything with it and it will become useless when the new curriculum is released in 2013)
Think about adding moderation to your list of things for staff training, its a big thing with the schools I work with (KS1 & 2 and SEN).
