Flash bounced off reflector at 1/8th power.
 
That's really cool, and very different! Did you clone out the lines of the dice, or just nuke them with flash? I like it a lot either way (y)

Nuked with the flash :)
I was in our utility room and this was taken using the top of the tumble dryer :)

Had a bright light on above, some daylight from the window so decided on deflecting the light off a reflector held above to soften/remove shadows.

Nice idea and well executed, although it does look a little over exposed, but I guess that's the look you were after :)

I wonder if a slightly lower shooting angle may have been better? It does feel a bit "overhead" if you see what I mean :)

Over exposure was the intention in this case.
I did take a number of shots at a lower perspective including using a nifty fifty but 50mm or 105mm, it just didn't seem to take to well.

I can see what you mean regards overhead though :).
