I don't know which version you have but the real basics are. File open, click profile image, then click the noise filter button (looks a bit like a magicans wand) tweek the settings if you need to, then file save.
There is a lot more that can be done, but I'm not going to write it all out here. You can also download profiles for most cameras for different iso. Best bet is check out some tutorials on Google. Wayne

Takes a while to get used to and it's easier to give up but persevere with it and you'll find that it is an excellent plug-in. When you're in the program, click the help menu at the top and then "user guide". Should be enough info about the program to get you started, then google like swanseaman said above. There's plenty about this plug-in out there!
