I have just aquired one of these (fairly) rare rangefinders in very good working order, (although I have not put a roll through it yet.)
I was hoping that the 43.5 lens hoods and filters from my Trip 35, 35 EC and 35 RC would fit but they don't! At least they will not screw in. Does anyone know if the filter is a 43mm please? Bit of a bummer if it is, as all my Cokin filters wont fit either without another adapter! Plus 43mm adapters look a little scarce after a search.

It says though, it's a 43mm lens, not the filter size.
The Trip is a 40mm, the EC and RC are 42mm, the EE 1 is 28mm but they all take 43.5mm filters and hoods! Confusing to say the least.
I know some have selenium meters surrounding the lens and this makes for a larger filter size, but looks like I will have to buy more filters (and an adapter!) Gutted!
