Answered Options header

I don't know the proper name for the options header..Bold-Italics..emojis- to post a photo..etc... but when I posted that I was unable to see a photo by Christoph yesterday..on my iPad..I also saw that this header was no longer live.I thought it would be ok today but it's not. I can see the options but the are 'greyed out' It's the first time I've experienced this.

I take it you mean the tool bar when you are posting a message? If so at the right hand side there is a square bracket icon [ ] try clicking that
