Outer Hebrides

Anyone from here heading to the Outer Hebrides in the next few weeks. I know its popular amongst birders and i go each year and usually find people to talk to from various forums. Im off to North Uist again in 2 weeks- best week of the year. On the plus side as well the annual Snowy Owl has returned and my mate is watching it just now- just a bit far for pics just now.

Good stuff mate.Get yourself to Solas for the Snowy.I head over on the 1st for a week but i think your back for then.Corncrakes just starting to turn up but still light in numbers as yet.
