Can anyone show me a tutorial or help me send the same email to 10 different people where they don't see the others on the list and also i can change the first part where it says like:

"Hi rob"

or something similar
 
hmmm, can't seem to find the mail merge option on outlook for mac 2011 - anyone?
 
If it's only to 10 people then just put it to yourself in the to: and their addresses in the bcc: and none will see the addresses

oh right, so I just send it to myself and 10 bcc's if they click reply or reply all it will just come back to me then?
 
You should probably be looking for the mailmerge option in Word rather than in Outlook.

You'll also need the list of email addresses and names in a spreadsheet/database.

If it's a one-off for 10 people, it's probably not worth the hassle!
 
yeah i came to that same conclusion. I think bccing is going to be better.

whats the limit of candidates in a bcc .. or is there none?
 
There's no limit to BCC address lists as far as I know.

It's considered good practice to use BCC for multiple addressees - it helps stop address harvesting by spammers :)
