Just to say this is the model I have and normally one would expect to see several advertised used as it has been superceeded with the newer version.
What surprised me when searching I struggled to find many on the second hand market. None on the ebay UK site and only 5 on google . either it is something one is happy with and keep or low original sales, I like to think the former.
I don't think the newer version has that much more to offer in upgrading to make the change worth while. Ok for those new to the video scene the new model is the obvious choice, but upgrading from this to new?????
I still maintain that a camcorder still has its place it the photographic world irrespective of videophones and cameras with video capabilities. Yes there are drawabacks as does everything but the bonus outweights that.
