PC Help. Videos/Audio not right.

Please can anyone tell me what I need to do to get my audio and videos to behave?
Wheather I am watching an online video or one on the dvd player, the sound 'stutters' and the video pauses intemittenly.

Even the Windows start-up-sound 'stutters' :bang:

probably need to update the driver. or else your video/audio/processor hardware is not powerful enough to handle the tasks

agree. id start by updating the driver for your soundcard.

if that doesnt work then is it a low spec machine by any chance?
