Guys...

I`ve got a wee bit of a snag I hope you can help me with.

A couple of days ago I switched on the pc and heard a little "pop" a saw a little flash and a puff of smoke...

Mmm...

Not good I thought.

So I`m back on the old rig for now but I need to work out what happened to the new rig so I can get her fixed up. I can`t do any pp on my pics coz old rig won`t run anything, lol...

I`m thinking the PSU has gone(?) but I`m not sure if it is that or how to check if it`s something else so a little advice would be appreciated.

I thought it was/is the PSU. No way it could be anything else?

prob not! just hope it has'nt taken anything inside the pc with it. You wont find that out to you change the PSU!
 
Mmm...

I certainly hope it`s not taken anything else with it...

So I should get myself a new PSU and throw that in and keep my fingers crossed.

And hope all else is ok.

Well, that`s a start anyway.
