I know there is a thread running relating to the PD Anchors, however I just thought I'd commend Peak Design on their excellent customer service and how they dealt with a separate issue. About 18 months ago I purchased a Capture Pro Clip and in that time I have found it excellent in use, so much more versatile that the Spider Holster and more secure than a strap. However recently the locking pin that holds the plate in place failed meaning that the plate just slid in and out (see video). Anyway I contacted PD last Friday and to my pleasure I had an email to notify me that they were shipping out a replacement, which arrived today courtesy of Royal Mail Tracked. Even better news that not only did they replace it, but they have replaced it with the newer more compact V3 along with the plate.
