Pentax K-7 vs Nikon d2x

Hello,

I've been offer a trade. My Pentax K-7 in exchange for Nikon d2x.

I switch to Nikon last year and now shoot only on Nikon...

But how does the d2x compare with the k7?

Please so advise will be appreciated

I'd be surprised if many people had owned both. The D2X is a lovely camera to use but it is a few years old now and it shows in terms of high iso performance, lack of live view, video etc and a fairly old AF system.

Where the D2x is superb is it's sheer build quality and the gripped body is a joy to use. Up to 8fps can be fun too. I would also add that at base iso, studio type conditions, it produces the finest images of any Nikon I've used, D700 included.

Sorry, not a lot of help I know but I guess only one person can answer this question....
