Do you have to ask permission to take someone famous photo. reason being they are filming a bit of 2nd Sherlock Holmes with us next week and Jude Law, etc wil be here and as they are on our land I winder if permission is sought.:shrug:
 
Nope, there is no difference about what you can take.

You could find yourself getting a bill if you used that shot for commercial gain, sold to a calendar company etc though.
 
Check the contract you have with the producers, it may not be allowed, esp in costumes.
The jonny depp thred from a couple of weeks ago gave us an example of no permission.
However you may be able to ask nicely and do a shoot in street clothes.
 
Will have to go through the contract with a fine tooth comb, we are allowed to eat with the cast though that has been allowed :thumbs:
 
Invite them round for dinner :D A bit of home cooked food is much nicer than hotel stuff sometimes, and if the cast have been on location a while, i reckon it`ll be most welcomed. Then take some shots.

From past experience, there has been only one actor that has had her nose so far in the air she scraped the paint off the celing.

Go for it, they can only say no :shrug:
 
Chocy cake and ask him nicely, would be best bet, ;)
 
THat and offer him/them an hour in the hide to watch the Kites....
